Milikin Homes Inc. was founded by Raymond A. Millikin Sr. in 1957. Millikin Homes Inc. has gained a repuration for quality designs, quality products, usuage, knowledge of products, and fair and honest pricing. House prices usually start around $200,000 and can go up to any budget. We build on average between fifteen and twenty five houses per year. They vary in size from 1,800 sq. ft. to over 7,000 sq. ft. We design your home based on your needs, your lot restrictions, your square footage, and your architectural desires. We can utilize some of our over 500 custom designs.
